New Program! We are very excited to announce that the library will be partnering with Rexroat Prairie this summer to offer “Storytime at the Cabins.” We’ll be reading pioneer stories at the cabins on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of June and July at 1:00 PM. Be sure to take advantage of this opportunity to visit the historic cabins!Storytime at the Cabins

We have so many events for June, they won’t all fit into one post! I’ll try to add weekly updates with the details of what’s going on, but here’s the gist of the plan. Summer reading will be two days a week this year, on Wednesdays and on Fridays at 2:00 PM. Wednesdays we will have a craft based on a popular board game. These crafts will be best for ages 3-10. Fridays we’ll have a fun game or activity. Some of these activities will be for all ages and some will be geared toward slightly older kids (8+).

Keep an eye out for the weekly updates!

And let me know if you’re reading them 😉
