September Teen Book of the Month

We decided to have a Teen Book of the Month
September Book of the Month
“The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes”

The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes delivers a mesmerizing look into the life of Coriolanus Snow and the root causes of his villainous behavior. Collins once again proves that she is a master of building a fascinating world around complex characters who must grapple with the complications of chaos and control and their effects on human nature. — The Associated Press

September Book of the Month

Since we won’t be starting the Book Club up for awhile due to Covid-19, we decided to do a Book of the Month.
September Book of the Month is
“Migrations”
We had one of our patrons read it and give us a review on it.

“Migrations is about a woman with a dark past following the journey of the last Arctic terns on what may be their last migration.
The story is an emotional and dark tale of grief and loss.
The story is a little slow at first but is well written and I would rate it a 4 out of 5”
– Diana Jockisch

We have a few copies available to check out during the month of September.
Our hours are Tuesday 12-5, Wednesday 1-6, Friday 9-4, Saturday 9-12.
