Guidelines for use of the Library Meeting Room
We are pleased to offer the use of this facility to the community.
Our carpeted meeting room is available for group meetings, parties, receptions, garage sales, etc. The rental fee is $40.00 per use, payable when the key is picked up at the circulation desk.
The room is air-conditioned and has restroom facilities but at present is not handicapped accessible.
The following equipment is available for use:
Seating for 75
Eight 8 ft long folding tables
Piano
Small refrigerator
Stove top (2 burners)
Two 30 cup coffee makers
Punch bowl and ladle
90 punch cups and plates and silverware
Microwave
The room may be reserved by calling the library at (217) 452-3846.
Please observe the No Smoking regulation.
Please park only on paved areas, not on the library lawn.
Keep children off the air conditioning units outside.
Leave the basement in good order.
Return your key to staff or place into the dropbox.
No alcoholic beverages are allowed on library property.
Persons renting the facility are responsible for any damage to equipment, building, or grounds.
