You can now apply for a Library card online. When your card is ready, we will contact you. You can sign your application, show proof of residence, and pick up during our Curbside Pickup hours. For Non Residents outside of city limits, we have a fee of $40.00 per year. Patrons under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the Library Card Application
